  1. Lexium Motion Controller - LMC Criação Function Block no software Motion PRO

  2. Criando Function Block Na aba POU, clique com o botão direito no arquivo e adicione um novo objeto no item ADD OBJECT, como descrito na imagem

  3. Definindo como Function Block Nesta nova POU que será criada, defina na área TYPE OF POU, como sendo FUNCTION BLOCK, defina o nome. Ex.: PLC_PRG

  4. Definição da POU Esta nova POU criada esta definida como NOME DO BLOCO (FB) (FB = Function Block) e o programa principal NOME DA APLICAÇÃO (PRG) (PRG = Program)

  5. Lógica do Function Block Nesta POU criada desenvolver lógica a ser carregada dentro do Function Block

  6. Declaração da Variável Dentro da lógica do Function Block definir que tipo de variável será Ex.: VAR_INPUT (Variável de Entrada)

  7. Declaração da Variável Dentro da lógica do Function Block definir que tipo de variável será Ex.: VAR_OUTPUT (Variável de Saída)

  8. Carregando Function Block Dentro da POU de programação que neste exemplo é a MOTION_PRG (PRG), inserir um BOX e digitar o nome do bloco. Ex.: PLC_PRG
