  3. Strategy THE STRATEGY • Identify high-value drill targets • Acquire ground • Build pipe-line of high quality targets • Prioritise drilling using ‘expected value’ • Intersect ore grade and width mineralisation • Create value delineating resources • Divest to realise value See more details at www.drillresources.com.au

  4. Background Generating and acquiring high-value drilling targets Dedicated to drilling NOT prospecting Short lead-in time to drilling (drill early and often) High calibre generative team Sub contract exploration services Pipeline of quality drill targets Prove resources quickly and efficiently Divest/JV to experienced miner realise value

  5. Our Business Model

  6. Introduction 6 projects - 100% DRL Targeting 7.8Moz Au and 600Kt Cu Significant upside potential of 23Moz Au and 1.9Mt Cu Committed to developing a pipeline of high-value drill targets Existing ore grade and width intersections 30,000 to 50,000oz Au, already outlined near surface

  7. Exploration Potential

  8. Management • Mr Wayne Rossiter - Non-executive Chairman • A mining engineer and a chartered accountant for more than 20 years, Wayne has held senior finance and management roles in resource companies with international operations. His mining engineering background, coupled with his extensive accounting and finance skills offers a deep understanding of both operational and boardroom risks. His experience covers companies with international operations listed on the ASX, TSX and SEHL, primarily in small to mid-sized stocks up to $A1.5 billion. • Dr Tony Norman – Managing Director • A highly experienced and passionate geologist, Dr Norman has worked in many mineral provinces across the world for over 25 years. He has developed his expertise in the base metal provinces of central Canada, Peru and Mexico, and the gold provinces of PNG, Nevada, West Africa, Indonesia, Dominican Republic, China and Australia. He has made significant contributions to the Porgera, Samira Hill, Pueblo Viejo, Turquoise Ridge and Jinfeng gold deposits. Tony has successfully led regional and local prospectivity analyses to acquire productive exploration ground and has managed drilling campaigns in Africa and PNG. He has established and managed regional offices in Mexico and Peru. Tony has developed and implemented a disciplined ‘value-based’ approach to prioritise exploration expenditure and acquisition opportunities. Tony is a member of the AUSIMM, Society of Economic Geology, Geological Society of Australia and the Geological Society of America. • Dr Stuart Munroe – Associate Consultant • Dr Munroe is a founding member and has 20 years experience in exploration and development of mineral projects across a broad range of commodities. His main areas of expertise are in structural geology and hydrothermal alteration systems, interpretation of geophysical data and development of detailed geological models for resource estimation and mining. In addition to having worked in the Lachlan Fold Belt over many years, Stuart has also worked in West Africa, China, Iran, Eastern Europe, SE Pacific Islands and Papua New Guinea.
