Who wants to act in the first scene • Narrator 1 – A good reader with a loud voice stands on one end of the room. • Narrator 2 – A good reader with a loud voice stands at the other side of the room. • King of England – dramatic, bold speaker stands at the back of room • King of France – French accent voice, holds a crossbow at front of room • Teacher – sits at teacher desk with loud voice. • The rest of you – Audience – Follow along at your seat and read dramatically when it’s your turn

  5. Re-enact the Battle of Crecy, 1338

And the dramatize the end… • French Lover with French accent on King Philip’s side of the room. • French Lover 2: Stands next to the French Lover 1 • English Knight – with Crossbow on the English side of the room. • Joan of Arc – strong woman who is proud at the front of the all French lovers • Teacher – Sits at the back of room at the desk.
