  2. Viña Alta es una comunidad autogestionaria, cuenta con un fondo rotatorio para préstamos los socios, están por triplicar su capital inicial.

  3. Centro de Salud Comunal administrado por la Junta Directiva y un comité de salud, en convenio con el Ministerio de Salud.

  4. Cuna guardería comunal en convenio con la Universidad Femenina y la Municipalidad.

  5. Estadio de fútbol y cuatro losas deportivas comunales.

  6. El mercado comunal impulsado por las mujeres y la Junta Directiva como una manera de generar empleo.
