When seeing the blood he felt guilty and decided to read the Quran to please her. He read Surah Taha and was affected by the Quran so much he became Muslim that day. • Another event is when the Prophet Muhammad was judging two men. He took sides with one man and the other person became upset so he went to Omar Ibn Khattab. He asked Omar if it was possible for the Prophet Muhammad to change his decision. Omar Ibn Khattab then asked, “Do you really want to change the decision of Prophet Muhammad”. The man then said, “Yes”. Then Omar Ibn Khattab asked, “Are you Muslim”? The man said, “Yes I am”. Then Omar Ibn Khattab took out his sword and killed the man • Another event is when Omar Ibn Khattab became the second caliph of Islam. It started on a chilly day when Abu Bakr was taking a bath and he became really sick. Before he was a bout to die he brought a bunch of important companions to find the next caliph. They all voted for Omar Ibn Khattab, but some of them had their doubts of his maintenance of anger, but because of Omar’s importance he won the votes. • A sorrowful say for Islam was the day Omar had passed away. It happened whole Omar was praying at Masjid an-Nabawi in Persia. A Persian slave came and stabbed Omar Ibn Khattab. He stayed alive for the next two days. But then he died and Uthman became the new caliph.
