  4. ENTREPRENEURSHIP • Compete in business pitch competition against top Chinese students for $10K in prizes • Schedule: • Monday, 3/5 @ 5 PM – INFO SESSION IN VMH 2515 • Fall term: 1 credit pre-travel class (BUSI 788K) • Winter term: 2 credit travel to China (BUSI 798K)

GLOBAL STUDY Classes available for Academic Year 2013 – 5 total: January – India (M&O strategy) and Singapore (LBPP Supply Chain/Logistics) Spring Break – Brazil (Consulting Project-based course) May – Spain/Germany (Finance and Accounting) and China (M&O strategy) Each class has a letter associated with it - register for the one-credit prework class at the same time as your other classes that term – e.g. fall BUSI788G section BA01 for the India. Classes abroad = 10 days of company visits, cultural activities and reflection.

CIBER International Consulting Projects • Smith and international partner MBA students work together on real consulting projects for real client companies • All participants attend a consulting “bootcamp” and meet their teammates at the start of Spring semester • Work virtually on project throughout the semester • Travel to host country during Spring Break • 2013 Destinations: • Uruguay • Chile • Tunisia • Turkey (NEW for 2013)
