(LIAAC) is a community-based, not-for-profit agency that provides services and support for Long Islanders with Asthma, Diabetes, Heart Disease, Hepatitis C, HIV/AIDS, Mental Health, Obesity, and Substance Abuse. It also provides services for those at high risk for HIV infection and other infectious and chronic diseases. Our staff utilizes a range of community resources to refer and link clients to medical treatment, supportive services, and assist them with navigating through a sometimes daunting and complicated social service and health care system.<br>Long Island Association for AIDS Care<br>
