BT Wholesale Tags on the Line Portal Search Tags Query. To search for a tags query, click the link in the left hand menu. To search using reference or telephone number, enter the number and click search . You can also search using status.

To search for a tags query, click the link in the left hand menu
To search using reference or telephone number, enter the number and click search. You can also search using status.
Alternatively you may search using a date range by selecting dates from the calendars.
Your search results will appear in a table below. Click on the reference to see the Tags Query details screen.
The TOTL Query Details screen displays all details entered when raising the query. Recent notes can also be seen at the bottom of the page. See the additional user guide for adding or retrieving notes.
