  2. CLIP – US Commercial Services in Beijing and Shanghai help with identifying pilot client. USTDA approached together with customer • CSG GIS CIM model – part of EPC, project defined together with China EPRI • CLIP project awarded Dec 2010. Study completed by 2012 (supposed to be 9 month study). • GIS CIM Model • Worked directly with CSG EPRI (Dr. Li Peng) in summer, 2012, then wrote the Smart Grid technical proposal and submitted to USTDA around August, 2012. • The proposal got approved/selected at the end of 2012. USTDA assigned a 3rd party company to reformat to the final proposal around March, 2013.  The total funding from USTDA is US$799,847. • OSIsoft/USTDA agreement was signed in Apr. 2013. • CSG/USTDA agreement was signed in July, 2013 in Beijing (with a small ceremony). • OSIsoft/CSG agreement signing ceremony was Friday, Dec. 20 2013, in Beijing with the presence of US Secretary of Commerce and other US officials (possibly, USTDA Director, US Ambassador).  Brett Higgins from OSISoft was present. • This is a one-year project. It was just stated last week (Feb 17th 2014)
