Update General Info • Current Work • Booster RF cavity rework – Cavity 3 rework in progress – Two tuners on and working on installing 3rd one by end of week. • Trying to have the cavity ready for testing by Friday? • Booster SS: East Gallery stations on turned on/missing 1 & 3 • Booster Modulator – All stations have modulators but work continues: • 2 prototypes, 1 MI style, Need spares (2 tested @MI60, 4 to finish) • Booster Ferrites- no word on shipment of batch of 60 (Ralph will query them today_ • RFQ – Working on Second source, New Trim package, Buncher tuner problem • We opened up last night to find out why the tuner had locked up – found and fixed problem • Task is in process of being closed!! • HPower NO word • Booster Absorber – Work all done L13, S12 Corrector (BPM removed) installed, Kicker installed – some work to be done on supplies • Linac Modulator – work continues – additional hardware purchased • Cogging – Software work continues • Booster Shielding – Preparing to startup beam/loss pattern scan will be one of first things we do in Booster • RLS – Last round completed? Lab budget meeting – PIP numbers complete? Shutdown - comments (Fernanda, Todd, Mary) Beam in Booster later this week!!
