Sale or provision of alcohol and/or controlled substances to underage students off campus (e.g. hosting a house party). Students who violate this provision will be subject to suspension or expulsion from the university in addition to possible criminal charges. Parties and/or large gatherings which disturb the peace of campus residences or off-campus neighborhoods.
