Key Component 2:WHOLISTIC HEALING AND SPIRITUALITY • Courses in wholistic healing and alternative medicine, such as herbs. • A brief spirituality lecture with Dr. Angelo Subida • Experience healing gardens while enjoying organic food buffets, invigorating herbal concoctions, soothing massage, and mudpacks.

Key Component 4: Cultural Integration • Part of the Nature Discovery Adventure tour’s learning experience is a brief exposure to the Filipinos’ cultural heritage • When participants are divided into groups, each group is given a cultural tribal name • Use of tribal dances and games, captivating folklore in activities • Special courses such as indigenous martial arts, craft making, among others, are also offered upon request
