  7. Sage User Network Meetings Currently: 4 meetings a year - Feb, June, Sep, Dec BPs / Third Parties not permitted to attend 2 day conference – Oct BPs / Third Parties attend as sponsors

Discussion Points • BP / Third Party attendance at meetings • BP / Third Party presentations at meetings • Reduce meetings from 4 to 3 (drop Dec) • More user presentations needed / other suggestions for topics • Breakout groups at meetings by product (L500, S1000, CRM, X3 etc) • Delegate fees for 2011 conference £250 early, £330 normal • Option for members to be invoiced for Conference Package – to be invoiced as ‘Conference place and 12 months free membership’
