  2. What is a Kindle? • A Kindle is a portable book reader that uses wireless connectivity to enable people to shop or download books, newspapers, magazines, and other. • It also can connect to the internet.

  3. How To Use It In A Classroom? • Have the students work in groups or alone to read required books. • Have students read newspapers for current events. • Students are able to access the internet for email or blackboard for class instructions.

  4. Why we picked the Kindle? • It’s a growing piece of technology. • It is very accessible. • Keeps classroom less cluttered. • Don’t have to worry about torn up books.
