  2. The Key Club Pledge I pledge, on my honor, to uphold the objects of Key Club International; to build my home, school and community; to serve my nation and God; and combat all forces which tend to undermine these institutions.

  3. It’s Key Club Week!Show the community what Key Club is all about! Monday: Your Way End of our Peanut Butter & Jelly Drive! Tuesday: Connect the Ks Thank the Kiwanians at their meeting with gifts! Wednesday: Show Your K In Every Way Wear your Key Club shirt to our club meeting! Thursday: Bring A Friend To Key Club Bring your friends and family to our Willie’s Ice House Social! Friday: Kudos To The Key Players Donate baked goods for teachers! Bring baked goods to the teacher’s lounge before school (no earlier) on 11/8 for one donation hour each!

  4. Join us for an awesome night filled with food, games, movies, service! Lock In! Cost: $35 *If your parent volunteers as a chaperone, your ticket will be $25 (limited)! You can turn money into Room 3006 or at the meeting today! The deadline in this Friday 11/7! ONLY 200 SPOTS! WHERE: The Commons WHEN: November 14th-15th from 10:30 to 6am WHAT: Pizza, snacks, movies, service projects, games, donuts, and more! Want to donate? Bring snacks and food for donation hours! Every $5 = 1 donation hour

  5. Willie’s Icehouse Social! WHERE: Willie’s (On 290 and Barker Cypress next to HEB) WHEN: November 7th from 4-close Celebrate Key Club Week and bring your friends and family!

  6. Need donation hours? NEW! Donate new/gently used ADULT LARGE hoodies to benefit Cy Fair Helping Hands! 1 used hoodie = 1 donation hour 1 new hoodie = 2 donation hours DUE: 11/21 to Room 2110 *Our divisional project this year is helping local charities, so CFHH is going to be our main focus! Coke Tabs! 1 FULL Ziploc bag = 1 donation hour Walmart Gift Cards! Every $5 = 1 donation hour

  7. Get your Key Club shirtnow! The new shipment of shirts are in! You can pick them up at the meeting today or in Room 2110 before or after school this week! You must have paid in order to receive a shirt.

  8. The deadline to register was… OCTOBER 1ST There are plenty of people who have not completed all 3 steps (online registration, 2-page parent permission slip, and $35 dues!

  9. ATTENTION There have been multiple events lately that people have signed up for and NOT attended! You are giving the club a bad reputation, and we could lose the opportunity to volunteer at some great events! • Do not sign up for an event until you are 100% sure you can make it! • No signing up friends on SUG or for multiple people! • You cannot put you will leave early/come late to an event. You need to show up a couple minutes early and stay until the job is done. • If you realize you cannot volunteer, DELETE YOUR SIGN UP; SOMEONE ELSE WILL TAKE YOUR SLOT. *Do you delete your sign up 24 hours before an event! 5. Do not sign up for overlapping shifts/events!

  10. THERE ARE GOING TO BE COSEQUENCES! After three times if we see that you are violating any of the rules we have set, all of your signups will be deleted. Key Club is about serving others and being a servant to the community! When you are taking away opportunities from others and not being a good volunteer, you are only serving yourself. That is NOT what Key Club is about!

  11. PUMPKIN SMASH FOR UNICEF We had an awesome time at the Pumpkin Smash! Thank you to everyone who showed up! Thank you to Kroger on Barker Cypress and Tuckerton, Good Shepherd UMC, and WalmartCypress for their pumpkin donation!

  12. If you have not turned in your UNICEF box, it was due on Friday! • IF YOU LOST YOUR BOX OR FAILED TO RETURN IT BY OCTOBER 31ST, IT IS A $5 FEE. IF YOU FAIL TO PAY THIS FEE, YOU WILL BE PLACED ON THE FINES AND FEES LIST! • You can drop off your money BEFORE AND AFTER SCHOOL ONLY to Mrs. Haygood in Room 2110! TURN THEM IN ASAP!!!

  13. There are plenty of available events! Check Sign Up Genius and the website regularly! We update almost everyday and people delete their signups, so always be on the lookout!

  14. BRING YOUR SERVICE CARD TO EVERY MEETING! If you do not have your service card with you at the meeting YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE CREDIT FOR YOUR ATTENDANCE! If you need your service card signed for an event or social you volunteered at/attended, fill out the date, event name, number of hours, etc. and THEN we will sign it for you!
