  7. THE IMPACT Use WOA as a place to find a mentor, an internship or a job. Use it as a safe place to ask those questions that you may feel uncomfortable asking in other work related venues. Toni Riccardi The Conference Board Women of ALPFA Founding Member There is tremendous demand for this type of programming that addresses the unique concerns, challenges and opportunities of women, but very little in the market that meets the current needs in a credible, professional way. Beatriz Lowerey Manager, Minority Business Development Walt Disney Company We didn’t have a single negative comment on our surveys, which is always great to see. Our sponsors really helped us deliver not only great information but also fond memories for our guests. Alisa Armijo Phoenix Chapter Vice President Mrs. Bermudez-Pardo (speaker) opened up my eyes to see that, even though as women who command power, we may be criticized and put down, we must still maintain our dignity and respect. Whether the public eye may agree with our actions or not, we can still get the esteem and reverence that we deserve. Desiree Rodriguez Business Student, Seton Hall University
