Prevention • Identify high risk patient before detecting surgery – chronic blepharitis, lacrimal drainage abnormalities, prothesis in fellow eye, actin injection elsewhere • 2.Preparation of operation field: • Pre op preparation in block room using povidine Iodine solution 10% • Second preparation immediately before surgery • Drape to cover lashes and lid margins • 3. Antibiotics • Pre operation topical antibiotics, subconjuntival antibiotic at the end of surgerys. Antibiotis in irrigating solution
