  10. Discuss in groups & ANSWER IN BOOKS • Explain if life expectancy, mortality, morbidity and burden of disease would be higher in Indigenous Australian Communities or non-Indigenous Australian Communities and why?

Answer • Life Expectancy is decreased in Indigenous Australians. • Mortality, Morbidity and Burden of Disease would be higher in Indigenous Australian Communities as there is less access to health care, lower income, lower education, increase in social exclusion, greater exposure to risk factors such as smoking and alcohol misuse, fewer immunizations.
