  6. I would like to develop, but… ‘I would like to develop more, but I never get the opportunity to attend courses.’ ‘I have been teaching for years. I have got loads of experience. I do my job well I think, so why should I bother about development? ‘I have been a teacher for years and done a lot of development, but I don’t know what to do next.’
