  6. 2009 Improvement Plan • OR S001 Compliance • Update physical layout and operational procedures to comply with ORS001 guidelines. • Liftor Training is in process, primary licenses in place for all PIT operators by YE. • High visibility vests and pedestrian aisle barriers completed. • Teams being developed for 3rd quarter plan refinement and implementation plan. • Increased involvement • Implemented SHE Steering committee • Additional employee committees on 2nd shift and in the offices. • General SHAP – In process, completion in July. • Supervisor Audits – Rolled out in May and refining process.
