  2. INTRODUCTION Today a large number of people used outlook. Microsoft outlook 2013 is a wondreful tool for sharing information and communication.   3. OVERVIEW OF THE USER INTERFACE

  4. 1. Quick Access Toolbar In ms outlook, quick access toolbar appears on the left side of the title bar. It contains the mostly used commands. 2. Title Bar Tiltle Bar appears at the top of the window. It displays the name of the current program. 3. Ribbon It also appears at the top of the window program. It consists of set of set of tabs and commands.

  5. 4. Folder Pane Folder Pane appears at the left side of the program window. We can change the contents of the folder, it depends on the module that you are using. 5. Content Pane Content Pane appears in the center of the program outlook window. It display the content of the selected module. 6. Reading Pane It appears on the right side of the program window. It allows user to preview the content of the selected program.

  6. 7. Navigation Bar Navigation bar appears at the bottom of the program window and above the status bar. It is used to switch between two outlook programs. 8. Status Bar Status bar appears at the bottom of the program window. This bar used to display the information like number of selected items in the program and active reminders.
