  1. 123petitspas - Our Story 123 Petits Pas was founded in January 2018 by a local French immersion teacher, Mme Amy, who saw the need for support for parents hoping to raise bilingual children. Her desire to raise her own son bilingually sparked the idea of teaching parents and young children at the same time in order to ensure that all children could have the opportunity to experience French as soon as possible! The demand for 123 Petits Pas Parent & Child French programming continues to grow, as does the 123 Petits Pas team.  Although 123 Petits Pas began as an in-person program in Ottawa, Ontario, as word spread, parents from all over Canada began emailing asking us for support in raising bilingual children. In order to help as many families as possible, 123 Petits Pas began holding online classes

We have curated a list of our favourite Usborne French books and listed them in various categories; some by age, and others by interests.  You can order through our link in our Instagram bio page, or by clicking HERE  Please note that if you are local to Ottawa you can save on shipping by ordering directly with Mme Amy (PM her on instagram), and picking up from her location. Books for babies and toddlers (0-2 yrs old): These books are great for your littlest ones as they are very interactive, colourful and engaging.       Play peek-a-book with monkey, koala, lion and other friendly animals in this adorable book for babies. This book contains sturdy flaps for the animals to hide behind and fingernails and cut-out shapes to explore on every page.

Parent Classes Ottawa - Mom and Baby Classes Ottawa Mommy/Daddy & Me French “Summer Camp-style” Program "we take advantage of Ottawa’s beautiful summer weather and change up the location and activity for each weekly class and offer French Language Learning Ottawa Products 45 minutes of fun French learning followed by optional family socials. In this special edition program, we take advantage of Ottawa’s beautiful summer weather and change up the location and activity for each weekly class! This allows us to experience immersive French learning that changes based on the space or activity. Learn French with your infant/toddler while socializing and exploring family-friendly spaces and activities throughout the city.
