There has been a lot of talk in the news lately about how eating beef can be bad for your health. However, there is another side to the story that many people seem to forget: grassfed beef. Grassfed beef comes from cows that are fed their natural diet of fresh grass and other vegetation instead of corn or soy feed which both contain GMOs (genetically modified organisms). This type of beef is high in omega-3s, CLA (conjugated linoleic acid), and beta-carotene which all promote anti-inflammatory processes in the body. It also contains more vitamins A and E which help improve immune function.
