Create Happier And Safer Classrooms With Shikshaantar Shikshaantar is a flagship training program for schools that creates a difference in education, and our foundation can enhance academic opportunities for children. Our stakeholders include teachers, educators, school administrators, and many other prominent leaders who can nurture and fulfill a vision of authentic learning through education. This program has an idea of better teacher capacity buildup and can emphasize better physical, mental, social, and emotional well-being of students. The foundation believes in transforming education and creating safer and happier student classrooms. Our program is helpful for students in two modes. One is direct implementation, and the other is through partner organizations to increase potential school reach. Our partners help this program with on-ground support staff and in-person workshops. Child-friendly materials and an improved teaching approach for children can help teachers understand students better.

2. Shikshaantar Training Scheme The training scheme for educators and teachers was established in 2017, with the help of the Science Academy in Hyderabad and Sahayata Trust, and has trained over 1000 science teachers. The initiative also involves unique workshops to improve spoken English, computer feasibility, and digital skills. Rotary India Literacy Mission has helped and encouraged our endeavor to build teachers' capacity in digital skills. We believe digital literacy and cyber security are vital for youth today. Awareness about safe cyber practices in teachers can also ensure students are aware. Our awareness program started in November 2020 and has trained about 1,500 teachers from UP, Bihar, Uttarakhand, and Maharashtra for better cyber safety. Our ITEI is located in Dilshad Gardens and Shakti Nagar Delhi. Our program includes a variety of courses to identify different stakeholders' problems and resolve their needs, along with training them accordingly. Our program consists of a week-long foundation and advanced techniques. Along with these, short-term and long-term intensive courses are also helpful for educators to learn sustainability and teaching better. Our Aim at Tech Mahindra Foundation Our foundation’s main aim is to provide a safe, healthy environment to provide better growth for children. Our institutes offer enthusiastic teachers fully equipped labs and well-structured workshops to train them effectively. We aim to enhance school governance by increasing parental involvement in school education. With well-equipped computer labs and libraries, we can effectively teach and train educators with relevant teaching materials. Our campus offers open spaces for activities and training rooms with audio-visual systems to enhance interaction between a student and teachers. Our

3. programs also align with sustainable development goals set by UNGA in 2015 to reach a sustainable future that is better for all. In-Service Teacher Education Institute (ITEI) ITEI, or In-service Teacher Education Institute, is an initiative by Tech Mahindra Foundation under the Shikshaantar Program to improve the teacher learning experience and provide better learning opportunities for children. The industry is suitable for schools to reassess their resources and stakeholders to fulfill the needs of the education system. This program aims at building an enthusiastic and constructive batch of teachers who can work closely with quality education and become leaders in better teaching and learning. With multiple workshops, the teachers can excel in primary four subjects such as Hindi, English, math, and environmental studies, and with extracurricular workshops, teachers can learn physical education, Spoken English, and much more. Our ITEI at Dilshad Gardens has transformed the lives of over 12000 participants, including school teachers, principals, and other school staff members in 8 years. Our Shakti Nagar has also impacted about 2400 teachers to offer better academic opportunities to students. With the proper guidance, these teachers and passionate educators can transform our generation with an innovative and better future.
