About The Federal Mobile Application is a platform that gathers all the information linked to government schemes in one location so that citizens can conveniently find, download, and access all documents relevant to government schemes. The portal will save them time and effort by eliminating the need for citizens to browse numerous government agency websites and learn numerous scheme requirements to determine their eligibility. Citizens with similar interests can communicate with one another and exchange information.  Challenges The real challenge was to develop an application that could handle large users without getting crashed. We wanted to develop an application where all government schemes are available for citizens on a unified platform for easy access through mobile applications. We decided to build a single mobile app for all Government schemes, and users do not have to install one for each department. The fundamental purpose of the user interface (UI) should be immediately apparent to the user upon accessing the page, hence, it was important to remove any extraneous distractions from the interface.  Users can update or complete their profile information over time. Errors are unavoidable in app development because complicated programming is involved. We had to find a solution to the problem of apps crashing because of poor memory management, an unexpected change in APIs, or an abrupt loss of network connectivity while interacting.

SolutionUsing MySQL database, we developed an all-in-one federal forecasting application with the following features:  • The citizens can check these schemes through their mobile phones.  • Users can read all the schemes and documents in the app for more clarity  • The app has sharing features allowing the citizens to share their thoughts and files  • Manage app crashes due to large user base • Sign in/sign to create a permanent account  • Easy file upload option to make the app more useful  • Create a sharing feature using which users can share a link or document in the app • Chat functality to help users with any issue or query regarding a scheme  • Users can download the documents and pages to read offline without an internet connection  • Key features  • We launched the federal forecasting application with the following key features:Resource allocation • Federal agencies can maximize resource allocation and plan with precise projections wit the app.  • Evaluation  • Enables risk reduction by assisting agencies in evaluating the effects of various variables and schemes.
