  1. Joe Girouard Believes in a Philosophy of Transparency Coming from three generations of Realtors, Joe Girouard grew up in a family of real estate developers. He specializes in residential buying and selling with an emphasis on marketing properties as well as consulting for investing purposes. Joe’s achievements include: ●working with his family on buying and selling properties ●renovating homes with his wife ●collaborating with developers to create new and unique construction projects When it comes to New York City real estate, Joe Girouardadmires the city’s landscape and how it interacts with its architecture. Joe says that he is certain about NYC having everything that anybody could ever need in a home, and that’s what he loves about the city—its abundance in style and neighborhoods. When it concerns his clients, Joe Girouard believes in a philosophy of transparency. He feels creating something of value has to lead first with integrity, which then creates a solid foundation to do great business together. During his spare time, Joe can be found soaking up the sun on the beaches of Malibu where he was raised. Organizations that he has worked closely with include Habitat for Humanity, UNICEF, The Boy & Girls Club, Alzheimer’s Association, Manna Worldwide, Break the Cycle, and the like.
