Joe Girouard Plays a Significant Role in the Process of Selling and Buying of Homes as Residential Appraiser • Joe Girouard works to appraise homes, commercial real estate and other properties, prepare appraisal reports, keep up-to-date on the local real estate market and handles additional responsibilities as needed. • Specializing in residential properties, he prepares reports on a property’s value, inspects and photographs a property and works on legal descriptions and data regarding multiple real estate properties. • Joe investigates the quality of the construction, the overall condition of the property, and its functional design in order to estimate the fair market value to serve as collateral for a mortgage loan.
