Program System Resources: Instructor Certification • Customers have requested Instructor CertificationTraining • NCCER offers it • Helps schools meet more rigorous Perkin’s funding standards • Do not need to be Certified to teach with RCA materials • What does Instructor Certification involve? • All online training; asynchronous with Ohio State instructor • 16 Modules need to be taken; 1 Module takes 30 minutes • All 16 modules must be completed in 8 weeks with a C average • Cost $400 • Upon successful completion, Ohio State University will award 2 Continuing Education units (CEUs) • Register for courses at www.hbi.org. 15
