He Prepares Reports on the Financial Performance of Properties • Joe sets rental rates, negotiates and enforces lease agreements. • He further addresses tenant complaints and inspects vacated units. • He prepares reports on the financial performance of properties. • Joe also terminates leases and initiates eviction proceedings. • He prepares and maintains all records, correspondence, and files. • He has a strong familiarity and working knowledge of affordable housing laws and anti-discrimination legislation.
