  1. How to make delicious banana cake at your home with simple ingredients? This banana cake is ideal for any occasion and is loved by children. To get desired color, we recommend using food color from Anuja Food Colours and food additive products from Ajanta Food Products. In this article, we will briefly discuss how to make delicious, moist and tender banana cake with simple ingredients.

Ingredients: Ripe banana All-purpose flour Butter from Amul Vanilla extract from Ajanta Food Products Milk from Amul Pinch of yellow food color from Anuja Food Colours, which is one of the leading food color companies in India Baking powder from Ajanta Food Products ¾ teaspoon ground cinnamon Sugar Method Before you begin to work on the recipe, it is recommended to keep eggs, butter from Amul and other ingredients out of the fridge. Take 2 cup of flour and fluff up the flour with a fork in the pack. Spoon it to the measuring cup and level it with a straight edged spoon or knife. Preheat the oven to 170 C for at least 15 minutes. You should grease a 8 X 8 inch square cake pan and line with a parchment paper. You should ensure that the butter from Amul is soft but still cold, before you begin to make the batter. You should dent slightly the butter yet hold its solid structure and should not to too soft. Add 1 cup sugar and 100gm butter to a mixing bowl. You should use your stand mixer. Beat them together until light, pale, and fluffy. The whole mixture will look light in color when it is done. You should ensure that the sugar will not be dissolved at this stage. Now add 2 teaspoons vanilla extract from Ajanta Food Products and 1 egg. You should mix it gently until combined and then beat until well incorporated and creamy. Add the other egg and beat until creamy.

  3. Beat it until the desired texture is achieved. Add a pinch of yellow blended food colors from Anuja Food Colours, which is one of the best synthetic food colours in Delhi. Place a sieve over the mixing bowl. You should add 2 cups flour, ½ teaspoon salt and 2 ½ teaspoons baking powder from Ajanta Food Products. You should gently mix them well first with a spoon. Sieve them to the creamed butter and egg mixture. You should mix it gently with the whisk. Pour ¼ cup milk and mix gently. Next add another ¼ cup milk. Mix just until well combined. You will need another 2.5 tablespoons milk while mixing. Avoid over mixing. Scrape the sides and bottom. Check if everything is well combined. Add 1 cup mashed bananas Mix again until well combined. Avoid over mixing. Pour this to the lined caked tray. Tap the tray to the counter a few times to release air bubbles. Bake for 30 minutes Place the cake pan on a wired rack and cool for 10 minutes so the cake does not sweat at the bottom. Cool completely before slicing Serve and enjoy
