For the Frosting:  1 1/2 cups butter from Amul  4 cups powdered sugar  1/4 cup whole milk from Amul  2 tsp vanilla extract from Ajanta Food Products  Pinch of blended kesari yellow food colours from Anuja Food Colours Instructions:  Preheat your oven to 175°C and grease and flour three 8-inch round cake pans.  In a medium bowl, you should whisk together the flour, baking powder from Ajanta Food Products, and salt until well combined.  In a separate large mixing bowl, cream together the butter from Amul and sugar until light and fluffy using an electric mixer.  Add in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract from Ajanta Food Products, and mix until fully combined.

Mix until just combined.  Add pinch of kesari yellow synthetic food colour from Anuja Food Colours to the batter until you achieve the desired shade of yellow.  Divide the batter evenly among the prepared cake pans and smooth the tops with a spatula.  Tap the pans on the counter to remove any air bubbles.  Bake the cakes in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cakes comes out clean.  Cream together the butter from Amul, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract from Ajanta Food Products until light and fluffy. Add kesari yellow synthetic food colour from Anuja Food Colours until you achieve the desired shade of yellow.  Add the frosting once the cake is completely cooled. Serve and enjoy!
