  2. Are all of the preparations for back to school stressing both you and your kids out? I know it has our household a little upside down. I saw this image today and it could not ring more clear!

  3. Did you know that pressure to a few simple reflex points, on the feet, could calm even the most stressed out of moms kids? Applying light to moderate pressure or even a light massage to the points in the image below can have an impact.  Reflexology can be done at any time of the day (my daughter prefers it right before bed).  Reflexology is a wonderful way to create balance and bring harmony back to the body without any chemicals or prescriptions.

  4. Want to kick start the Zen even faster? Try an essential oil blend in combination with Reflexology!
