Is Noodles a healthy food? It is just a discussion whether Instant Noodles is a healthy food or not. Of course, we cannot come to a definite conclusion. Here also, we cannot arrive at a definite conclusion. Let us discuss the reasons why people consider instant noodles as a non-healthy food. Many people consider eating Instant Noodles would result in putting a strain on your digestive system as Instant Noodles is devoid of fibres. This would ultimately affect your blood sugar levels and insulin release. Again some others find fault with the flavoring powder and/or seasoning oil that are sold along with Instant Noodle packets. The “Maggi noodles” hullabaloo had shook the markets and the home makers alike and has made instant noodles stay away from most homes, atleast for some time. However, this has put other brands too under observation. However, the case against Nestle ended up in acquittal as the
chemical analyst report of the Government was in favour of the company. Once again people started buying Instant Noodles. Why people go after Instant Noodles? The reasons are many. Instant Noodles is cheap, tasty and easy to cook. It could be taken as snack. Children all over the country love to eat it. Women folk, especially the working women like Cheap Instant Noodles as it is easy to cook. It takes only a few minutes to cook Instant Noodles. Instant Noodles are cheap, tasty and easily available in all markets. Though tasty, Instant Noodles are not nutritious. A serving of instant noodles is not balanced food. But you can prepare a variety of dishes with Instant Noodles and make it very nutritious and tasty. You should always make your noodles healthy by adding together eggs, chicken or meat and lots of vegetables like peas carrots, capsicum, beans, mushrooms and the like according to your taste. rich food that can be added to the noodles include paneer, which not only makes your dish healthy, but tasty as well Last but not least, these days we get high quality multigrain and or whole wheat noodles. So we could safely come to the conclusion that occasional eating of a package of instant noodles clearly won't kill you, what is to be done is that you have to make it nutritious by adding veg, egg or meat as you like. So we can conclude that unless you make Instant Noodles your staple food and become an addict to it, you need not have any fear in eating this delicious item.
