  3. CHECK FOR DAMAGE INSIDE Look out for water damage & discoloration on the ceiling. Inspect your attic with a flashlight for further signs of damage like mold & discoloration. Look closely at vents & chimney connection points at the roof. Copyright @ ACCENT ROOFING AND CONSTRUCTION

  4. CHECK FOR DAMAGE ON THE OUT SIDE Find a helper to spot you while you’re on your roof. Check cemented or sealed areas for cracking from cold weather. Look for damage shingles.   5. Check gutters & downspouts area free of leaves and debris. Make sure attic is properly ventilated with sealed vents to reduce roof heat levels, which allows snow & ice to melt at a less rapid rate, preventing cracking. Keep an eye out for snow build up on the roof. Be proactive & handle problems as they occur to save time & money in the long run.
