SUSTITUIR ¿QUÉ ELEMENTOS DE NUESTRO PRODUCTO, SERVICIO O PROCESO (DE AQUÍ EN ADELANTE, OBJETOS) PUEDEN SER SUSTITUIDOS? • ¿Puede sustituirse algún ingrediente de la fórmula de la Coca Cola? • ¿Puede variar su nombre según el sabor o cambio en algún ingrediente: limón, cherry, vainilla, Zero? • ¿Puede variarse de latas a botellas para su distribución?
