  1. Scrum@Scale For Thriving Business Environments What Scrum@Scale is and how it can help large business work effectively Scrum Training is about achieving success in agile environments, getting teams to work in a coherent, time-bound and highly productive manner. It assumes individual and collective responsibility, with training developing the soft skills needed to work independently while at the same time interlocking with other team members to ship a great product on time and on budget. But what happens in large business where multiple business units work are required to work together? Defining Scrum@Scale Scrum@Scale is a framework within which networks of Scrum teams operating consistently with the Scrum Guide can address complex problems, while creatively delivering products of the highest possible value. These products may be hardware, software, complex integrated systems, processes, services, or anything else, depending upon the domain of the Scrum teams. Scrum@Scale enables the transformation of every division, department and service within an organisation. It allows for the efficient coordination of an unlimited number of Scrum teams through its use of a free scale architecture. Scrum@Scale is a natural extension of the core Scrum framework and was created by Dr Jeff Sutherland, the co-creator of Scrum.

  2. Scrum@Scale Training From start-ups to Fortune 100 companies, Scrum@Scale can transform organisations into Agile enterprises where teams work effectively and creatively within a framework that support productivity and positive working relationships. Scrum@Scale Training is about learning how to extend the core Scrum framework to deliver hyper-productive results. The instructors behind Scrum@Scale training Scrum@Scale courses are interactive and teach how to scale Scrum through a combination of lectures, hands-on exercises and real-world case studies. Instructors are Scrum@Scale experts who actively coach, train, and transform teams at companies around the globe. All instructors are trained and certified by the co-creator of Scrum and creator of Scrum@Scale, Dr. Jeff Sutherland. The outcomes of Scrum@Scale training The Scrum@Scale course teaches the responsibilities of the Product Owner, individual Scrum teams, and enterprise leadership in a variety of large-scale contexts. During training, Certified Scrum@Scale Practitioners are prepared to facilitate cross team collaboration and release planning with tens, hundreds or thousands of people; create and prioritize a transformation backlog to overcome impediments to scaling; measure and improve key Scrum metrics at an enterprise level; deliver five times as much work without adding new teams.
