SPECIES DISTRIBUTION WHEN ALL IRON PPT OUT AND ACT AS SURFACE COMPLEXING AGENT
Assume oxic condition and all Fe(II) to Fe(III) Without surface complexation or Adsorption
Conclusions *Under anoxic condition Ba helps precipitation of As *Fate and speciation of As and other component are linked to formation of HFO. *Adsorption and surface complexation are responsible for species immobilization *Arsenite,Arsenate,Phosphate are believed to be fully adsorbed on the HFO. *Deep aquifer water seems to be a safe drinking water option at least for a short term
