2 Sugar Sweetened Drinks Example:Energy drinks, Soda, Fruit juice, and Sports drinks. • High intake increase risk of: • Alzheimer ’s. • Dementia. • High intake: • cause insulin resistance in your brain • Reduction in memory, brain function, the formation of neurons and learning.
