  2. Twyla Garrett of Baltimore has attended John Marshall High School. She did her Bachelors from Ursuline College and Masters from University of Phoenix. After that, in the urge to learn more, she pursued Executive Management Program from Dartmouth University Tuck Business School.

  3. While she was in high school, learned to prepare complex tax returns and used her mathematical intuition to advance her business curiosity in college. Then , she started working for the Defense Finance and Accounting Service in Downtown Cleveland.

  4. Later on, Twyla moved to San Diego, California and held positions of deputy controller NADEP and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) Manager for Space and Naval Warfare System Command (SPAWAR). Then she left the federal government and started her own management consulting firm, Investment Management Enterprise (IME) in 2000.
