MSME SAMADHAAN Delayed Payment Monitoring System

The Ministry of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSME) fosters fair development for everyone. MSMEs play an important role in job creation and also nation-building. MSMEs face several challenges including uncertain cash flows due to delayed payments from the buyers. The MSMED Act prescribes strict provisions to deal with delayed payments to MSMEs. To ensure the fast disposal of cases in relation to delayed payments of MSMEs, the government has launched a Monitoring Portal for delayed paymentsu2013 MSME Samadhaan.
