  1. 3 skills required to succeed as an entrepreneur Andrew Callejo

  2. Anyone can be an entrepreneur, but what does it take to be a successful entrepreneur? The following are 3 traits that most truly successful business people have.

  3. Guts • To succeed in the cut-throat business world, you’ve got to be willing to take calculated risks. No one ever got rich overnight by taking the safe road.

  4. Of course, this doesn’t mean throwing money at any investment opportunity that comes across your path. It simply means that you will have to assess the possible risks and gains of every opportunity — and not shy away simply because the risk is there.

  5. Determination • Andrew Callejo says working for yourself can be a rewarding and exciting thing to do. However, you will have to be self-disciplined and motivated. No boss will be breathing down your neck, begging for your quarterly report.

  6. Humility • It’s important when dealing with potential clients or investors that you put on a brave and confident face. If you don’t believe in yourself, why should they?

  7. However, it’s important to be realistic too. Most new business ventures will fail along the way in one way or the other. You must realize that you are human, you’re not perfect. Learn from your mistakes but don’t allow them to destroy the confidence and drive you to need.

  8. These three skills have been present in every successful entrepreneur I’ve known. Andrew Callejo says if you have these skills on the ready, you can be in business for yourself tomorrow. • THANKS
