  1. 10 Essential Items To Bring On Your Next Business Trip When packing to head out on your next business trip, sometimes it’s hard to decide what you need and what you can live without. You should carry all important documents with you like identification cards, flight tickets, travels car booking While you don’t want to bring too much, it’s also important that you bring enough of the essentials so that you don’t have any surprises along the way. Here are ten items that should be in every business traveler’s suitcase

  2.  Universal Adapter A universal adapter is a must-have for any business traveler. It will allow you to charge devices from other countries and in different outlets, which will be helpful if you're not staying at a hotel that provides this amenity. Plus, it can also double as an emergency flashlight or radio! To avoid voltage issues with your laptop, it's best to find out the wattage requirements for that specific country before you go. Bringing along a portable charger is also useful because outlets aren't always easy to find and keeping our electronics charged can often be difficult. An alternative is using airplane mode when possible while still getting work done on the go!  High-Quality Phone Charger

  3. Make sure to pack a high-quality phone charger with you, so that you don't miss any important phone calls or messages. Plus, if you're going for a long period, it might be worth getting one with two USB ports. That way, everyone can charge their phones at the same time. A comfortable pair of shoes: You'll want something that's good for walking and doesn't make you sore after hours and hours on your feet. Comfortable shoes are also great because they protect your feet from blisters and other foot problems like corns and calluses. A portable hard drive: If you have files or data you need to take with you, make sure to back up everything before leaving the office.  Portable Batteries

  4. Most people forget their chargers or find themselves in a location without any outlets. Portable batteries are not only great for charging phones and tablets, but they also make it possible to stay connected while traveling. But there's more than one type of portable battery out there. A power bank is much bigger than a phone charger, but it holds more charge and is much cheaper per milliamp-hour (mAh). It's perfect for those who need their devices charged often.  Headphones Earbuds are easy to pack and lightweight, but they aren't the most comfortable option. If you're looking for a more ergonomic solution, consider using over-the-ear headphones. They'll cancel out background noise better than earbuds, so you can enjoy listening without feeling like everyone around you is eavesdropping.

  5.  Business Cards And Printed Materials Printed materials, such as brochures and business cards, are a great way to promote yourself and your company. Plus, they can be a handy tool in networking situations. Make sure you have plenty of these with you at all times for potential customers.  Laptop

  6. If you're going on a business trip, you'll need to take a laptop. If the laptop is stolen or lost while traveling, you could lose all the work that was done in those few days of travel. To safeguard against theft and loss, we recommend using an anti-theft laptop lock cable like this one from Kensington.  Mouse, Mousepad, And Keyboard You must have a mouse and mousepad with you at all times because these devices are often used in presentations. It's also helpful to have a keyboard with you, so that if the presentation software malfunctions, you'll still be able to type text on the computer.  External Hard Drive The best way to store and transfer all of the files from your device is by using a portable hard drive. Not only will it give you more storage space but it will also protect you from unwanted data loss. If for some reason you don't have a portable hard drive, having a cloud account is another good option.

  7.  Passport & Identification Documents Before you start packing, make sure that you have the necessary identification documents for each country in which you'll be traveling. A passport or equivalent identification document is typically required for air travel, and may also be required for entering a country. If you are traveling internationally or by airplane, make sure that your passport is valid with at least six months remaining before it expires.  Credit card Credit cards are the key to foreign transactions, as many countries do not accept debit or credit card transactions. You should also be wary of using a credit card in any country where you’ve been told that there’s a high risk of fraud, such as Colombia, Mexico, and Brazil. When traveling internationally, it’s also important to carry some cash in the local currency just in case you need it for small purchases or emergencies.
