  1. Steps to fix HP printer offline issue

  2. Check the following things if the printer status says "My printer is offline"

  3. Check if the printer drivers are installed correctly • Make sure you have HP Printer Assistant and HP

  4. Make sure you have an uninterrupted Internet connection when you see the message "MY printer is offline"

  5. Then make sure the printer is connected to your system through the same network • Verify that the power cords are plugged into the outlet properly

  6. Make sure the printer is not in sleep mode, press the power button to wake it up

  7. Check if the papers are loaded in the paper tray and if the ink or toner cartridges are installed • Check if the data is corrupted.
