  2. Our History Art world School is a professional skill based art school established in 1997 in Portland and now located in NW Portland. It is located right across from Findley Elementary and close to the Beaverton, Bethany, Forest Heights, and Cedar Mill areas. It was established by Pacific Northwest artists, then later expanded by art professional Mimi Yan.

  3. After School Art Program Art World School’s After School program in Beaverton aims to give students a safe and positive learning environment. So that they can spend their after school time effectively learn different homework and art skills. Students will get a well- rounded professional skill-based art curriculum. And this art curriculum will include teaching fundamental skills, techniques, and methods using different mediums. For Fine Art classes, students will develop a strong foundation with important skill sets in drawing and painting with different mediums.

  4. Fine Art Program Small 6 student group classes or private one-on-one classes that can be scheduled however you like. You will have a Mindbody scheduling account created for you to conveniently book classes. For ages 4 and up, students choose their own projects each class with individual professional instruction from the teacher. Each student is able to work on their own project that suits their own level and interests. Students can participate in art shows, state/national/international art competitions.

  5. Weekend Classes Weekend Classes in Portland at the Art World School are ideal for artists of all levels. Above all, we provide firsthand experience with dedicated instructors. Enrollment is flexible with different class packages or drop-in classes available, and students can schedule themselves in our own class scheduling system. In addition to the weekend classes in Portland, our school also offers a range of in-person and virtual options classes.

  6. Special Event Classes Art World School often holds special event art classes on different types of Fine Art, drawing/painting, arts and crafts, birthday party art classes, and themed classes in partnership with other companies or schools. Students in Art World School’s Fine Art Program, After School Program, Spring Camp, Winter Camp, or Summer Camp Beaverton and Portland can participate in any of these special event classes.
