  1. Things to Keep in Mind when Purchasing Property in the Suburbs

  2. Property Purchase • Almost every individual aspires to buy a property of his/her own as soon as he/she can save up enough to buy one. Having a property is often seen as a security for the future and people save up to own one almost all their life. However, it may not be always possible to get the desired property in the city centre when one is ready to buy one. At such times, many people prefer to go for properties in the suburbs. The following slides present an overview of things to keep in mind when purchasing property in the suburbs.

  3. The Neighbourhood • If you want to buy a property in the suburbs, you need to first assess the neighbourhood. The neighbourhood should not only be secure but also have people from a good socio-cultural background. People in the neighbourhood should be educated and engaged in constructive work. This would ensure that the neighbourhood is safe and comfortable to stay in.

  4. Connectivity • Suburbs are not always far-flung remote areas of a city. Well-connected suburbs are always a good place to buy property. The place should be easily accessible via rail and road transport. So, when buying property in a suburban area, like land in Naduveerapattuor a plot in Tambaram, it would always be prudent to first check the connectivity of the place with the rest of the city.

  5. Exact Location of the Property • Even within the suburb, the property should be in a good place and not in a far-flung or neglected area. Places that are being actively developed by the civic body of the city and those close to major transportation hubs are always better than those in remote areas.

  6. Conclusion • Be it land in Naduveerapattuor Madhavaram or Manali, it would be a good idea to buy a plot in the suburbs if it is advantageously and strategically located.
