Microbiology – Biotech Specific Courses • Basic concepts • Molecular level identification of microorganism. • Biochemical analysis of microorganism. • Isolation and screening of industrially important microorganisms for enzyme productions • Downstream processing for enzyme production • Isolation and screening of industrially important microorganisms for secondary metabolites production. • Isolation natural compounds from plant material as an anti microbial agents. • Antibiotic sensitivity test of natural compounds isolated from plants materials • Minimum inhibitory concentration of natural compounds isolated from plants materials
