  1. Importance of Skills development in Today's Education Environment    Being the youngest country in a demographic graph, India is having only 2 percent of the workforce               skilled, compared with 96 percent in South Korea, 45 percent in China, 50-55 percent in the USA and               74 percent in Germany. All individuals are working with the proper aspects to grow our skills in this               education conditions. Among these growing years, Indians are highly concentrated on creating           higher Education and very little about producing man skill through different ​skill development             university​.   With the rapid growth in the educational system in India, skill development institute rapidly               enhancing their numbers for there and for the growth of growing India. So many Skill-based               education institutes like BSDU started its journey for the development of the skill education in India.   Regardless of the tremendous growth, higher education has not been proved too efficient to make             youths of the country employable as per need of the employer due to low Skill Quotient    In today’s world of Globalisation, Skill Training is an important ingredient for creating a good India                 also, for Increasing economic growth & productivity for the sound efficient development of any             Economy.   As India started covering its path to be the Global Economic Powerhouse, it is Imperative to equip its                     working population with Employability skills. Today, India is one of the youngest countries in the           world with more than 62 percent of the population in the working age group (15-59years) and more                 than 54 percent of the total population below 25 years of age.
