  2. Conveyor belt is a large rubber band stretched between two or more pulleys and travels in a consistent, high speed carrying materials in a particular quantity. The conveyor belt is used in various industries. It is used with reclaimers and stackers for practical means to reclaim bulk materials. The belt elements include: • Synthetic fabric layer • Rubber layer for shock absorbing • Top and bottom abrasion and rubber resistant covers

  3. Idlers include: • Troughing idler • Training idler • V return idler • Return idler • Impact idler Pulley based laggings include: Grooved lagging pulley is used for head and snub pulley. Meanwhile, the Plain Lagging pulley is used for tail pulleys and take-up pulley used for good traction between the pulley and the belt thereby improving the belt tracking capability. • Diamond grooved lagging • V grooved lagging
