Many of the workforce are people that are motivated to go beyond their described roles and responsibilities, and don’t shy from taking on more work. In addition, a high level of confidence is expected, as is the ability to work with minimal supervision. Bernardo Barnhart has been a banking executive for a while now, and he knows the kind of qualities that his work requires. That he has managed to climb the corporate ladder is a testament to his desire to being the best. More to doing a great job, Bernardo likes to make use of his experience to counsel and encourage the youth of Immokalee, Florida as they make career choices.
