Are Indian Cuisines Healthy? • I recognized and valued the taste of Indian cuisine, a major part of my conscience always considered it extremely unhealthy! • I came across a book called “The Great Indian Diet” written by Indian actress, ShilpaShetty • The book molded my thoughts completely chiding my interpretation of Indian food as an unhealthy cuisine! • Today I completely agree that Indian cooking has a real meeting between tasty and healthy cooking!

  3. “Why run behind the west when we have the best?” • Over the years, popular Indian chefs like VenkateshBhatSanjeevKapoor, etc. have been roping in amazing dishes that are a boon to taste. • Indian cuisine is not just tasty but they are healthy too! • There are so many examples to prove this case. • We have tried to list a few of them
